As our products are made to order, we currently do not accept returns or size exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shoptrustar.com with your order number, clear photographs, and an unboxing video.
After verification, eligible issues will be resolved with a replacement at no additional cost.
