TRU STAR offers clothing and apparel products displayed on our website.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and other information are accurate. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur depending on your device or screen.
2. Pricing
All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹).
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as incorrect pricing, product availability issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or inaccurate customer information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Payment
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other available payment methods.
Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment service providers.
TRU STAR does not store your complete card or payment credentials.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, high-demand periods, weather conditions, logistics delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
As our products are made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns or size exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied product, or a product with a defective print, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shoptrustar.com.
Please provide your order number along with clear photographs and an unboxing video where available.
After verification, eligible issues may be resolved through a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shoptrustar.com.
Because our products are made-to-order, cancellation may not be possible once processing or production has started.
Any eligible cancellation or refund will be handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information when placing an order.
TRU STAR is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
